pinot gris infused sugar cookies

I am thinking that I will try making a pinot gris reduction and using it in place of vanilla in some sugar cookies tonight. Then I’ll add it to some icing too.

Voila – Grown up Valentines!!

If that doesn’t work I’ll try making a cream with it and making sandwich cookies. Either way.
