if all else fails make spaghetti

Boppin’ around wordpress again this morning and I came across another blog about wine that had bad things to say about BC.


This guy tried a red from Red Rooster Winery and hated it. Really hated it. So much so that he said he couldn’t even bring himself to finish it. Wow, that’s a strong dislike!

One of the commenters suggested he cook with it and he exclaimed he couldn’t even do that.

If you can cook with vinegar then you can cook with wine! No spaghetti sauce was ever harmed by adding half a cup of wine. Any wine.

Enough said.
